# Agent readiness scorecard methods

The public report set contains one graded Egoist Machines pilot under its declared rules 1.1 and one explicitly ungraded Dawn Industries evidence report under applicability rules 1.2. It does not claim that all 1,752 companies were graded.

## Score gates

- Dimension weights for the graded pilot: SEO 40%, AEO 25%, agent 25%, reliability 10%.
- Pass earns all points, partial earns half, and fail earns none. N/A and owner-only rows are excluded from the applicable denominator.
- Unknown remains unknown and blocks an ordinary final score.
- Dawn’s four performance observations remain formally unknown because the public-safe context retains cache/slow-load warnings; finite values are observations, not formal pass/partial grades.

## Observation boundaries

Lab Lighthouse and Event Timing values are controlled lab observations. Logged-out reads, rendered checks and public machine documents remain separate from registration, execution, task completion, repeat use, and adoption. No login, form submission, purchase, tool execution, rate-limit bypass or security test was performed.

Egoist’s source keeps its declared rules 1.1. Dawn’s v4 source uses applicability rules 1.2 with dependency-aware N/A decisions and five unresolved checks: input-error behavior plus four performance checks.
