AirCaps is trying to put captions, translation and meeting context in the wearer’s field of view.

## What it does

The current [AirCaps homepage](https://aircaps.com/) describes lightweight smart glasses for real-time captions, translation and AI meeting intelligence. The company lists the Deaf and Hard of Hearing community, international travelers and professionals as its main audiences. The glasses use microphones to capture speech, then display captions or translated text privately in the lenses.

The buyer fit is unusually concrete. Someone who needs captions in a noisy room has a different job from a sales rep who wants meeting notes and MEDDIC tracking. AirCaps presents separate paths for captions, translation and meetings rather than forcing those users into one story.

## Why I’d look closer

The hardware is listed at $599. The site says captions are free in nine languages, with five free hours of Pro features each month; Pro is listed at $20/month for unlimited 60+
