Auto: Turn a photo into a small personal app

Auto’s public product page describes a simple loop: take a photo, let Auto suggest the right “Frame,” then use that Frame to complete one focused job. The examples include meal tracking, water logging, outfit checks, plant identification, bill splitting, travel advice, goal reminders, and other small utilities. A user can also build a Frame when the existing set does not fit.

That makes the buyer question concrete. The user is deciding whether a photo-first interface is faster and safer for a recurring personal task than opening a general app. The first evaluation should use three different photos: one with an obvious structured task, one with ambiguous context, and one containing information the user would not want sent elsewhere. Record which Frame Auto suggests, what action it takes, and whether the user can correct the result before relying on it.

The support page points users to questions about what Auto is, what a Frame is, pricing, supported capabilities, building a Frame, and data
