Fort is a screen-free wearable for people who care about strength training but do not want to log every set manually. It tracks workouts alongside sleep, recovery and cardio, then turns the data into feedback about progression and fatigue.

## What it does

The [current Fort site](https://fort.cx/) says the wearable tracks strength training, workouts, sleep and recovery, has no notifications and a 7+ day battery, and is designed to stay on during lifting and daily life. Fort Foundations adds an expert-led training system based on core movement patterns. The [YC launch](https://www.ycombinator.com/launches/PV7-fort-automated-strength-tracking-for-longevity) says the device uses heart rate and motion data to detect strength work and fatigue.

The current [pricing page](https://fort.cx/order) lists a Signature Edition pre-order at $309, with a one-year software period described in the launch material; the about page says shipping is planned for Q2 2027 and orders are refundable before shipment. That is a pre-order offer, not
