Research type: Company profile
Method: Public-source research. Official Speedrun and company pages checked September 20, 2026. Product claims are attributed to their sources; no product execution or adoption is claimed.

Advertising infrastructure has two audiences: the publisher and the person seeing the ad.

Simula’s September 20 homepage describes an AI-native ad network. Its privacy policy describes the publisher SDK and says Simula delivers ads inside third-party mobile apps, collects device, connection, ad-activity, and general-location information, and does not knowingly collect direct identifiers from end users. It also says it does not receive the content of conversations or chats inside publisher apps.

## Buyer and workflow

The buyer is a publisher or AI product team deciding how an ad is delivered and measured. The publisher needs an SDK and an ad surface; the end user needs a clear boundary around what the ad system can observe.

The product decision is therefore a data-flow decision. Which signals are used for delivery? Which events are measured? What consent or device settings constrain them? What belongs to the publisher’s own privacy policy rather than Simula’s?
